Hi, I’m Sarah
I’m a degree-qualified naturopath with over 12 years of clinical experience helping people break free from anxiety, chronic stress, insomnia and hormonal imbalances. I believe that when we address the root causes β not just symptoms β the body has an incredible capacity to heal.
My journey into naturopathy began after experiencing my own health challenges in my early twenties. Conventional medicine offered band-aid solutions, but naturopathy helped me understand why I was unwell and gave me tools to restore balance naturally. That experience ignited my passion for helping others do the same.
I work primarily online, which means I can support clients across Australia from Perth to Sydney, Melbourne to Brisbane. I specialise in conditions where the nervous system, gut health, hormones and lifestyle intersect β because that’s where the most profound transformations happen.

What to Expect When Working With Me
Transparency about the consultation process and what it’s really like to be my client.
π First Consultation (60-75 mins)
We’ll spend time really understanding your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, stress levels, diet, sleep, and health goals. I ask a lot of questions because details matter. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s likely driving your symptoms.
π§ Treatment Plan (Within 3 days)
I’ll email you a comprehensive written treatment plan including specific supplement/herb recommendations, dietary guidance, lifestyle strategies, and nervous system tools. Everything is explained clearly with dosages, timing, and rationale.
π Follow-Up Support (Every 4-6 weeks)
We’ll have regular check-ins to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your protocol. As you improve, consultations become less frequent. Most clients need intensive support for 3-4 months, then move to occasional check-ins.

Have a quick question? You can email me between sessions. While I can’t provide full consultations via email, I’m responsive to short clarifying questions about your protocol.
